Ok, it’s my first post on this matter and I super excited. I hope it will bring some knowledge and help to convince you that Digital World is the future.
It doesn’t matter if you want to improve the ability to engage with your buyer personas, convert more leads, boost brand awareness, or connect with your audience – Digital world is your buddy for that, especially in Corona-Virus times.
The digital revolution began almost 30 years ago with the first commercial websites while the social media revolution began early to mid 2000s. The world isn’t the same anymore.
Creating Digital strategy is super important. First, you’ll need to develop objectives, what themes you would want to promote. Next you will need to identify target Networks of people. Know that strong objectives focus on speaking about attitudes, perceptions and behavior with a particular group of customers.
Next step is to create accurate content. Creating an interesting content is super important (and not always easy) because in this digital world there is an overdose of information. Your content must be able to stop people from scrolling their feeds, made them want to watch / read and engage with your content.
One of the most common mistakes is to post same post on all the social media platforms. Again, it will work sometimes but in general you should know that Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter work differently. Messages received differently on every platform.
In a survey that was made by HubSpot - video is the #1 form of media used in content strategy, overtaking blogs and infographics. While Facebook is the primary distribution channel for content.
Ok, maybe some of you do think about it before creating new content, but how many of you measure the effectiveness of this content? Do you know about - ‘ROI’ – Return on Investment concept? Do you measure if the money, time and energy you invested in creating this content really brought results?
I will speak about each step in the next posts more extensively, but for now knowing the right steps will be enough. Most of businesses who use social media don’t think about anything but posting a nice photo. As I said, sometimes it will work, other times it wouldn’t be enough to establish a solid engagement with your customers.
Let me tell you more, Ad spending in the Digital Advertising market amounts to US$365,554m in 2020. The Digital Advertising market is expected to show a ad spending growth of 7.2% in 2021.

If you are not part of it as a business, you lose money. It shouldn’t be a choice; the choice should be how you do it right.
